Why Hire Us?
I am the owner of Studio 57 Designs. I started Studio 57 Designs in 2003 with a vision of providing website development services.
In the years since, I’ve helped over 100 clients launch websites, whether they want an online site to represent their business, an e-commerce site to sell products or a personal site.
We are a US based design company. I am totally hands-on. Your entire project is handled by my staff. All coding and design management is done by me. I occasionally work with other developers for add-on modules, but all our design work is done by Studio 57 Designs. If you pick up the phone and want to know the status of the work or how to setup your shipping, you talk to me.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST except for all holidays and unless otherwise notified. If you require assistance outside these hours, we charge a flat fee of $75 plus the hourly rate of $65 per hour. For those clients on one of our maintenance service plans your account will be debited at time plus one-half. If you need emergency updating/maintenance, simply note as such when making the request and we will get to it immediately (for the extra fee).
We try to accommodate every client’s wishes in a timely manner. We strive to get to all emails the same day they are received.

It is critical that you do your homework and make your wishes extremely clear. If we require clarification it is very important that you get back to us in a timely manner so that we can complete the task and move forward. Delays are inevitable but not desired and we are sure that you want your site up and running as soon as possible. We cannot do “unlimited” page revisions!
If you will be unavailable for more than a day or two it is important to let us know so that we can make arrangements to work on other clients sites. Communication is key to the success of our relationship.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time slot and before any work will begin. You will not be added to the calendar or scheduled for any work until your deposit is paid. This deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you want, need, and can afford the website before making your deposit.
Note: this deposit does not apply to jobs totaling less than $350. Any job total of $350 or less is due in full and payable up-front before work will be scheduled. No exceptions will be made.
